Family-owned and run, Reaston Brown’s name has been synonymous with quality service and professionalism since we first opened our doors in 1992.

Maintaining our independence has been a key part of our identity, and has enabled us to put our clients first and be more flexible and adaptable. Being proactive and intuitive to our clients' and customers’ individual and diverse needs, we are free to focus on making their moving journeys a smoother process, with far fewer bumps in the road. It's also why 75% of our business comes from referrals from previous clients.

How property is sold and let has changed dramatically over the last 2-3 decades and while we have embraced technology and modern online marketing strategies to help us bring our clients the results they want and need, we know that maintaining traditional human interaction and personal attention to detail is equally important.

At Reaston Brown, we know that to provide the service movers want and deserve, it’s crucial that we understand them better, so we take the time to get to know each and every client, their property goals and aspirations, and create a tailormade service as individual as they are.

We are often told that we make the whole process seem simpler and a lot less complicated than movers were expecting. That’s because we invest in our team with ongoing staff training and development.

Not only do we strive to consistently meet the required levels of competency and professionalism expected by law, we work hard to exceed them, and with new laws and regulations being added to the property industry statutes year upon year, we make sure our staff are fully trained and up-to-date at all times.

This is particularly important when it comes to lettings as this area has been significantly impacted by legislative changes over recent years and keeping abreast of regulations helps us keep our landlords financially and legally secure. It also helps us ensure tenancies are run smoothly and tenants are happy too, as unsurprisingly, it’s no coincidence that a happy tenant makes for a happy landlord.

Reaston Brown’s team are also all local residents, and with the majority of us having raised families of our own in and around the Thame, OX9 area, we bring with us a wealth of insight and knowledge of what movers are looking for in both the local housing market and amenities.
